Goals:

  • Develop a simulation game tailored to SME managers, providing a realistic environment to navigate the challenges of balancing innovation with robust cybersecurity practices in the adoption of new digital technologies.

  • Enhance SME managers' decision-making skills by immersing them in engaging scenarios reflective of real-world dilemmas, thereby fostering a deeper understanding of the need for cybersecurity in technology adoption.

  • Empower SME managers with practical knowledge and resources to implement secure digital technology adoption practices within their organisations, addressing challenges related to capability, capacity, and readiness.
